I managed to get a little bit of cardio today. It was chest day, I had to cut it a bit short so I could do cardio.
I am getting better with doing cardio, it's getting easier to do physically. Now to just try to keep it from becoming tedious. I wanna try to average 15-20 minutes a day for 5 days a week. So about 75-100 minutes. Once I get to doing the cardio on the reg I need to step up my healthy eating. I am not eating as bad as I was recently, but I'm far from eating clean. I'll get there, hopefully once my money gets better.
